31 on the Terrace was established in 2012 and is a historic guesthouse in the centre of Denmark.

It is unique in its presentation and styling and is a true guesthouse with old fashioned service.

The original building was established in 1943 as a boarding house.

Rob and Deb Carr are your amazing hosts whom are always on hand and willing to assist with your stay in any way they can.

You can be assured you will be looked after as they live on site.

There are 10 rooms and all are different in their sizing and configuration.

Whether you are here for a short or extended stay we know you will be comfortable at 31 on the Terrace in Denmark, Western Australia.

Our therapists come with a wealth of experience and qualifications spanning a 30 yr period. Denise and Trudy, our therapists, are passionate about their style of massage and can truly state that they love their work. They all specialise in the rehabilitation side of massage coming from nursing and sporting backgrounds.
